ASSISTED DRAFTING TOOL (ADT)

nbn's design support tool

The ADT is an AutoCAD template that has been developed to support the creation of designs and streamline the design review process.

The AutoCAD template includes layers, drawing units and blocks. Each design setting is explained in detail and is intended to assist you in adhering to nbn’s AutoCAD standards.

Before you download the ADT please read the Assisted Drafting Tool (ADT) Guide for Designs in nbn New Developments. The purpose of the document is to provide developers and consultants with information on how to use the AutoCAD template and ADT to create New Development pit and pipe and pathway designs for review by nbn in accordance with their applicable Developer Agreement.

To use the ADT AutoCAD template you must read, accept and comply with the terms and conditions and download a ZIP file containing a Drawing template (DWT) file and a sample design . It is strongly advised that you use the ADT for all pre-construct and as-built pathway designs (new and amended).
