Continuity licences

The continuity licences set out the terms on which licences may be granted to support continuity of existing services during the transition to the nbn® network.

The Pre-Transfer Agreement sets out the terms on which a Pre-Transfer Installed Assets Licence may be granted in the period prior to network assets being transferred to nbn.

The Continuity Agreement sets out the terms applicable to the Copper Continuity Licences and HFC Continuity Licences to provide continuity of supply of existing fixed line services, including voiceband services, during the migration to the nbn access network.

The Pre-Transfer Agreement and Continuity Agreement constitute standard forms of access agreement for the purposes of Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
