Steve was appointed Chief Strategy Officer on 29 September 2025. He is accountable for strategy development at NBN Co, covering enterprise-wide delivery of the 2030 strategy and transformation across the business, as well as key infrastructure relationships.
Prior to joining the company, Steve was an Associate Partner with Bain & Company, where he partnered with major telecommunications firms across Asia Pacific on digital transformations, growth programs and transformation execution. Prior to that he held roles at Telstra Global in Hong Kong, driving network expansion, technology delivery and operational growth. He began his career in Canada with Accenture, leading complex technology programs.
Steve holds a Master of Science in Management (Business Economics) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemical Engineering) from Queen’s University, Canada.
