Jackie Khoo is General Manager for Customer Channels & Enterprise Operations, and Project Evolve Lead, at NBN Co.

Jackie heads up a specialised team managing NBN Co’s various interactions with residential and business segment customers, as well as enabling a broad range of corporate enterprise customers.

A multi-portfolio role, Jackie sits at the helm of Project Evolve, a program dedicated to improving the gender diversity for Systems Engineering Operations, and encouraging greater participation of young women and girls into Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. 

She is a passionate leader committed to developing capability and building and retaining talent in technology both within and outside of the business.

Prior to joining NBN Co, Jackie was Manager for Service Delivery Disciplines at Unisys Asia Pacific, where she held a pivotal role establishing the company’s global managed services centres in China and India.

Jackie holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from Macquarie University and was recently awarded the 2019 Chief Executive Women’s scholarship to MIT Sloan Management School in Boston, Massachusetts to study Change Leadership.
