A power outage affecting third-party managed network infrastructure is impacting the nbn® network in the Gascoyne, Central West and Lower West area. The recovery efforts will be coordinated between nbn, the third-party network provider and the commercial power provider. Technicians may be dispatched to sites if required.

Update

Restoration of nbn services continues to depend on the return of commercial power supply; nbn is closely monitoring power restoration and will dispatch technicians when nbn services do not self-rectify following the restoration of commercial power.


Services impacted

The outage is affecting 2,091 nbn services in the impacted geographical regions, across the following technologies: Fibre to the Basement, Fibre to the Node and Fixed Wireless.
