As at 12:30PM on 3 July 2025, 508 users are currently unable to access the nbn® network.


Locations impacted


Bendalong, Bumble Hill, Kulnura East, Moss Vale, North Nowra, Sanctuary Point, and Ulladulla.

Description of outage


Severe weather across the East of Coast of NSW is impacting the commercial power supply, resulting in disruptions on the nbn® network. These conditions are likely to delay network and service restoration activities. The recovery efforts will be coordinated by nbn with guidance from the commercial power providers and Emergency Services. Technicians will be dispatched to sites only when it is safe to do so.

The outage has so far affected around 1,012 nbn services in the impacted geographical regions, across the following technologies Fibre to the Node (FTTN), and Fixed Wireless.
