Latest Update

A third-party managed network infrastructure fault that impacted the nbn® network has been restored, and nbn® services are now back online. nbn engineers are completing health checks and we will continue to actively monitor ongoing nbn® network stability.

All affected nbn® services have been restored.


Locations impacted

Regional New South Wales: Bundabah, Karuah, North Arm Cove, Pindimar and Tea Gardens.

The outage has so far affected 1,073 nbn® services in the impacted geographical regions, across the following technologies: Fibre to the Curb (FTTC), Fibre to the Node (FTTN) and Fibre to the Premises (FTTP).
