nbn observes the caretaker conventions related to the upcoming Federal Election. During the Caretaker Period, nbn will apply these conventions while continuing business-as-usual operations of the company.

SUPPLY AGREEMENTS

nbn® has a number of Standard Forms of Access Agreements (SFAA) that relate to the supply of products and services to its customers


In accordance with Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, nbn has published each of these as a SFAA.

The following SFAA are currently available:



The Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA) is the contractual vehicle nbn® uses to supply products and services to its wholesale customers.





Testing of services prior to commercial launch.






Provision of licences to support continuity of existing services during the transition to the nbn® network.





nbn® Business Satellite Services (BSS), nbn® Sky Muster® Plus (SMP), Satellite Mobility (Large Commercial Passenger Aircraft), Provision of services over Fibre TV, Supply of the Cell Site Access Service (CSAS).
