Individual Medical Alarm Registration

Important Notice

NBN Co will be closing its Medical Alarm Register to new registrants on Friday 30 June 2023.

If you are using or caring for someone using a medical alarm at home and your phone line is still operating on the legacy copper network, register it before the closure date so we can assist with the migration of your alarm.

NBN Co will continue to assist services registered prior to Friday 30 June 2023 until medical alarms are confirmed as operational on the nbn® network or any alternative technology other than the legacy copper network.

If you are using an unmonitored medical alarm, you may be eligible to purchase a new device at reduced cost through NBN Co’s upgrade offer (see here).
